30 SOMETHING

This past week, Abbey was 30 weeks old, and her Dad is still 30 years old, so I took the "30 Something" picture  :)

Our Second Anniversary

“On our anniversary, we may not have wealth, but we do have each other and that is worth more than anything in the world.” 

We didn't do anything exciting for our Anniversary but we had a lovely evening together!

Grandpa's Birthday!

 Today we went into Winnipeg to pick up some stuff for Dauphin, but it was also Grandpa's birthday, so we were able to help celebrate!!!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday Grandpa! We love you!

Bananas

Our latest food is bananas!

B-A-N-A-N-A-S go Bananas! Go go Bananas!

Actually we learned a song at Mom 'n Tots about Bananas and it makes Abbey smile!

"You gotta pick bananas, pick, pick bananas (reach up and pick bananas from a tree)
You gotta peel bananas, peel, peel bananas (peel a banana in your hand)
You gotta smash bananas, smash, smash bananas (clap hands)
You gotta eat bananas, eat, eat bananas (stuff banana in mouth and sing with mouth full)
You gotta go bananas, go, go bananas! (do a crazy dance)

My Mornings

I absolutely love being a mom! Especially when every morning I go into Abbey's room, once I hear movement saying, Goodmorning Abbey, and I get a bright and beautiful smile everyday! ♥ Makes me fall in love with her again everyday!!!!!!

Usually the smile is a lot bigger, I guess because I had a camera

Father's Day

This year for Father's Day the week before I was in Winnipeg, so  I picked up one of Raymond's favorite things!  An Oreo Ice Cream Cake from DQ!  It was super yummy!  Happy Father's Day Raymond!

Peas!!!!!!!!!!

Day 1 of Peas, didn't go so well! For some reason the Baby Bullet didn't puree them very nicely, and there were little tiny pieces of pea!  Abbey made quite the faces, but I missed those on camera.

So we tried again and boiled the peas longer, added more water, and such trying to get them to puree!

It worked, although she still makes faces, not sure peas are going to be a favorite!
